Grenå

Grenå, also spelled Grenaa, is in East Jutland at the tip of the Djursland peninsula.

There's a twice-daily car ferry from Halmstad in Sweden.

Grenå is the eastern terminus of Aarhus light rail network, with departures every 30 minutes during the day.

Aarhus, about 50 km west, is on Jutland's main north-south highway, E45. From Sweden you can get in by the ferry mentioned above.

The closest passenger airport is the one in Aarhus with both international and domestic flights.

Ebeltoft, a quaint old harbour town that is popular with people in the summer. Nice medieval center and lots of good eateries.
