From Al-Qadisiyah to Al-Diwaniyah[edit]
The article states: "Al-Qadisiyah became the 10th of Iraq's 18 provinces to reach PIC on 16 July 2008. In so doing, it reverted to its former name of Al-Diwaniyah.".
