Untitled[edit]

Trade Commissioner is not a diplomatic rank recognized by the Vienna Convention of 1961. Perhaps it would be better to describe it as a working title rather than a class of "diplomatic envoy", particularly since trade commissioners of the United States from 1924 to 1939 did not enjoy diplomatic status. There are many trade commissioners. Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased.
