CA[edit]

per WP:Consensus can change the constituent assembly is not a parliament, its mandate is to create an constitution NOT to legislate and create laws, etc. so it is not a parliament. Once the CA forms a constit a new election would be held to hold a non INTERIM pm and prez too, that it would be a parliamentary election

"effectively parliaments" is both vague and lazy because it is not so with a VERY different mandateLihaas (talk) 06:10, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
