N.b.: the following is an archive of my original Wikipedia footprint, now a decade old. I find it cringeworthy yet still worthy of preservation.

Hello, my name is Pasta Patron. I became a Wikipedian on February 25, 2008 at 8:35 PM. I am not obsessed with Wikipedia, but that doesn't mean I don't love it!

Thanks to MZMcBride and RyanGerbil10 for some designs I used on this page. (I'm not much of a coder myself, so I take little bits of other people's pages and put them on mine. If either of the two users from whom I borrowed content want me to take it off, I will gladly do so.)

Please Read the Following Statement

NO VANDALISM!!! I know that vandalism is an art and all that, but what's the point? I'll delete it anyway!

PleaseHello, please don't vandalize me...

A Bit About Me

I am, for all intents and purposes, a newbie. I do have a bit of experience on Wikipedia, however: I started making edits long before I became a user.

  • I usually look for red links in lists and try to fill them in.
  • I also correct grammar errors when I see them in articles.
  • I click "Random Article" and see if anything in need of fixing comes up.
  • I look at the newest pages (which are usually the most vandalism- and error-riddled), and try to fix anything I can.

A Place for Advice

If you have any advice of any kind, please feel free to edit the page and write it here. After all, I am only a newbie wandering in the whimsical wilderness of Wikipedia. (Wow, I didn't know I could write that well!)

I last edited this page on January 27, 2010. (This is not automated - I change the date myself whenever I make edits.)

A Whimsical (And Somewhat Pointless) Idea

I thought that I might archive what people put into the Wikipedia Sandbox, just for fun. Some of that stuff is pretty interesting! So here it is. (Note that this is a work in progress.)
