I just joined wikipedia, so I might not have enough experience to write with someone as experienced as you. But I have written a Wikipedia article before, so I know the basics. You wrote to Smiley Face Miley offering sympathy that they had run afoul of rules. I wouldn't let their troubles bother you. If you check out Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Divalicio (and its archive), you'll note that this user is quite prolific in their rule flouting.
