El-Gouna Film Festival (GFF) board has extended the submission deadline until Sunday 8 August for films in post-production aiming to take part in the 5th edition of CineGouna platform.
“The best film in post-production will receive a cash award of US $15,000 and a CineGouna Platform certificate. In addition, all participating projects stand to win other grants funded by GFF’s partners and sponsors,” stated the GIF on Sunday.
Accepted submissions will be reviewed and selected based on their content, artistic vision, and overall financial feasibility. Entry Form and complete information regarding eligibility for submission can be found on the festival’s website.
The 5th edition of GFF is set to take place mid-October in El Gouna, a luxurious Red Sea resort town established by businessman Samih Sawiris.
