At UOW we want to hear from our students, staff and the broader community to assist us in our commitment to continuous improvements. Our feedback system allows users to submit feedback that is a comment, compliment or suggestion.
All feedback is treated confidentially unless it requires input from a specific UOW business area. Feedback can be anonymous via the 'Submit Anonymous Feedback' button. When feedback is submitted, we will:
- review your submission
- if needed, seek input from relevant UOW business area(s); and
- be in contact with you as soon as possible (feedback not referred for input is generally responded to within two (2) working days).

Anonymous feedback is treated with the same importance as all other feedback. Please be aware that without contact details, we may not be able to request more information to help investigate an issue or matter raised.
