Service Required for School

We are happy to host students who need to satisfy their school’s community service requirements. All volunteers must be at least 10 years of age. Volunteers ages 10-13 must be accompanied by a chaperone at a minimum ratio of 1 chaperone to 5 youths. Volunteers 14 and older may come without a chaperone. All volunteers under the age of 18 are required to bring a signed parent consent form. The waiver is good for the entire calendar year. You can register for sessions in our calendar, where you will also find our youth waiver.

Please email volunteer@foodlifeline.org if your school requires the following:

  • Verification of hours via website
  • Formal letter with verified hours and letterhead

Please notify a Volunteer Coordinator before your session if your school requires the following:

  • Signed hours of completion
