Do I have to take a seat on the license if I’m just administering the seats?
Yes, but you can reallocate your seat after finishing the set-up. Go to “My Account” and exchange your email with whomever will be taking your seat.
Can I get a custom invoice?
You will receive a generic receipt to the email that registered the account (the parent account)
Can I add more seats in the future?
Yes, you can add seats at any point throughout the term and they will be prorated to line up with your subscription renewal date.
How do I manage the license? Can I transfer users’ seats?
1. Go to “My Account“
2. Find “Subscription” tab under “Subscription Settings” section
3. There you will find all the accounts associated with the group and you will be able to remove/add
When does my subscription renew?
All subscription terms run for one year from the date of payment. It is defaulted to auto renew but you can opt-out at any time.
