Resolution: Completion of Jan-Bart's term

| This resolution was approved at the August 7, 2014 meeting of the Board of Trustees in London. |
Whereas, after consultation with the Executive Director and consistent with her views, the Board recognizes the need to provide maximum continuity of the Board following the transition of the Executive Director;
Whereas the Board desires that Jan-Bart de Vreede complete his appointed term, beginning on January 1, 2014, and ending on December 31, 2015, despite the Board's previous understanding that Jan-Bart would serve only the first year of his term;
Whereas Jan-Bart has expressed a willingness to complete his two-year term in light of the need to provide maximum continuity of the Board following the transition of the Executive Director;
Resolved that the Board hereby asks Jan-Bart de Vreede to complete his two-year term and therefore re-appoints Jan-Bart as a member of the Board of Trustees to complete his two-year term, beginning January 1, 2015, and continuing until December 31, 2015.
