Whereas, the Board of Trustees tasked the Special Projects Committee with reviewing the Wikimedia Foundation's Gift Policy and recommending any amendments;
Whereas, the Special Projects Committee developed a set of proposed amendments to the policy; and
Whereas, the Audit Committee has reviewed and approved the proposed amendments;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board approves the amendments to the Gift Policy.
