There is a bug in Canvas that causes confusion for teachers when there are multiple installs of Canvas in their LMS.
While we can't do anything on our end to fix the bug, is there anything we can do to lessen confusion for users?
Ideally, we'd be able to know when there are multiple installs of our app in a Canvas instance so we could reach out proactively. I understand that we don't know anything about Canvas installs until there has been at least 1 launch of each app installation. But could we have some sort of alerting in place once we do see launches of more than 1 app instance at a school?
