Problem you are trying to address with this feature

Currently our GDrive integration changes the sharing settings on a PDF so the Hypothesis LMS app can access the PDF. This can be problematic for schools that are strict about copyright and for PDFs of student work instructors want to use in the LMS app.

Robert, in this Slack thread, says that it's likely we can make a GDrive integration that doesn't change sharing settings.

A solution to this issue would be an integration where the PDF is available in the Hypothesis LMS app but whose sharing settings go unchanged.
