Employee Referral Incentive Program (ERIP)
Employees who refer a successful candidate in jobs eligible for the ERIP can receive 5% of the position’s base salary, with a maximum of $2,500. To ensure program eligibility, employees should read and follow ERIP’s specific guidelines.
