Abstract

La crise financière actuelle n’est que la conséquence ultime d’une crise économique et sociale qui a commencée il y a trente-cinq ans et a eu dès le début les caractères d’une Crise de Civilisation. Elle devient aujourd’hui géopolitique, les risques visibles et immédiats. Les Théories du Système Mondial et des Cycles Longs Politiques nous permettent de prévoir une guerre globale en Eurasie dès les années 2020’. Au contraire nous prédisons qu’un modèle préventif de gestion intégrée des risques, forgé avant 2015, en fonction d’un Cycle Long Monétaire anticipé de l’euro, et adossé à un projet social permettant d’intégrer les nouvelles [...]
