For walk-in services, CrimsonCard offices are available at the following Card Services locations.

IU Bloomington

Walk-in services are available at the Herman B Wells Library (W138) during the following hours:

Important:
On Monday, May 6, the IU Bloomington Crimson Card office will close at 4:30pm.
  • Hours through May 6:
    • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
    • Saturday-Sunday: Closed
  • Summer hours (beginning May 7):
    • Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
    • Friday: 8am-4:30pm
    • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

  • Office hours: The above hours only reflect CrimsonCard office availability, not the hours that the building is open. For up-to-date information about Wells Library hours and closures, see Libraries & Hours.
  • Office location: The CrimsonCard offices at IU Bloomington consolidated into one new office in the Herman B Wells Library, room W138. The offices at the Wells Library (W417) and the Indiana Memorial Union (M090) have been closed permanently.

IU Indianapolis

Walk-in services are available at Campus Center 205 during the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed
Important:

On Monday, March 11, 2024, the IU Indianapolis CrimsonCard office relocated from Campus Center 217 to Campus Center 205, sharing space with the Indiana Member's Credit Union. Office hours have been adjusted for the remainder of the Spring semester.

IU Columbus

Walk-in services are available at LC 1507 during the following hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

IU East

Walk-in services are available at Hayes Hall 109 during the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

IU Fort Wayne

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

IU South Bend

Walk-in services are available at Education & Arts 1109 during the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-6pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

IU Southeast

Walk-in services are available at University Center South 212 during the following hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
