Remote Work Arrangements
The Way We Now Work
The workplace has changed, and remote working arrangements have become a permanent feature for many departments and staff at Duke. Learn how to make these arrangements work for you.
Remotely Possible: Work Arrangements for a Post-Pandemic Future
During the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of staff were forced to work remotely to reduce the spread of the virus. After a year of working remotely, many found the arrangement to be a more flexible, productive and efficient option going forward.
Remote and hybrid working arrangements are also an essential aspect of recruiting and retaining the best talent to support Duke's missions. This site offers the information, tools, resources and support to help managers and staff create and maintain effective remote working arrangements to help meet our ambitious goals.
Technology
Keeping connected to Duke’s network, systems and applications is critical to working remotely. Find information, resources, FAQs, and how-to videos for using a wide range of technology tools to enhance your productivity and connection among colleagues.
