Skateboards, Scooters, Roller-skates and Roller-blades may be carried into the libraries, but they may not be ridden inside. Bicycles and motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited inside the buildings. This does not apply to vehicles used by persons with disabilities.
In addition, self-balancing scooters, also referred to as battery-operated scooters, hands-free segways and hoverboards, are banned from use, charging or storage within the Libraries’ buildings.
