This presentation describes the development of mechatronics in the Russian State Scientific Centre of Robotics and Technical Cybernetics (RTC) and its experience in international collaboration. It discusses: the design of robotic and manipulation systems; the design of data-measuring systems for searching, detection and identification of ionising radiation sources; the design of data-measuring systems for space applications; the development of firmware complexes for global and local computer data communication networks; the design of autonomous micromachines and microsystems; the design of mechatronic systems for medical applications; and the development of algorithmic products and software for autonomous cybernetic modules and robotic systems.
