Warehouse Construction in Guatemala

Warehouse space with large parking for vans will be built on a 110,000 square meter area, with a construction of 50,000 square meters.

"In Villa Nueva, the construction of warehouses with different typologies from 16,000 to 125,000 square meters is planned, with office areas, parking for vans, cars and motorcycles.

The warehouse area will be 42 meters wide, the street will be 20 meters wide, and the parking area will be 22 meters wide next to the street.

Each warehouse will have 1.2-meter-high platforms and 2.40-meter-wide by 3-meter-high doors.
 
The project will have 1,320 square meters for vans waiting to arrive at the warehouse doors with capacity for 15 units. For light vehicle parking, there will be space for internal staff with a minimum of 12 units in each warehouse and for the entire complex 30 units for visitors, 10 special units and 152 more units for mixed use.
