"In
Costa Rica, the construction of infrastructure for the National University's
transportation sector is being planned.
The project consists of the construction of a 2-story
building for administrative use. The total construction area of the project is 868 m2 distributed in 446 m2 for the first level and 422 m2 for the second level and a final area of one thousand square meters for external works (gardens, parking and others).
The spaces that make up the building are:
* For the first level will be allocated with reception, waiting area, archive, employee restrooms and shower, employee dining room, driver's lounge, office with vehicle revision warehouse, vehicle revision work area, vehicle revision equipment and tools warehouses, power house, public restroom, key cabinet, vertical circulations and vehicle washing area with warehouse.
* The second level will have spaces for the head secretary's office, management secretary's office, archives, tour control and vehicle control office, head office, director's office, meeting room, employee restrooms, electrical cleaning rooms and networks, as well as vertical circulations.
