The body of a 30-year-old man from Kafr Kassem was found in the town of Salfit near Ramallah in the West Bank on Wednesday evening, Ynet reported.
The body bore signs of extreme violence.
The Palestinian Authority police forces began the initial investigation, but Israel Police will take the reigns moving forward, the report noted.
