Rquest edit

Hello.

Could you at create the articles en:Architecture of Azerbaijan (Republic of Azerbaijan), en:List of Azerbaijani film directors (Republic of Azerbaijan) and en:Bodies of water of Azerbaijan (Republic of Azerbaijan) in Malay and Indonesian (or request them yourself to other users in Malay and Indonesian Wikipedia)?

Thank you.

ms:Senarai pengarah filem Azerbaijan edit

Hi, Tofeiku.

I live in Turkey where Wikipedia is blocked and cannot be edited.

Would you upload this article ms:Senarai pengarah filem Azerbaijan in Malay Wikipedia (The Indonesian version is already uploaded):

(You can see the entire article in this section when you press "edit" beside the title of this section)

Yours sincerely, Sarvathi (talk) 12:27, 12 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Sarvathi: Done! I didn't notice you already translated it. I translate it by my own. I hope Turkey will regain access to this free source! --Tofeiku (talk) 14:35, 12 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Thank you very much for your update! (I wish I was as optimistic as you, because unfortunately many more websites are banned and blocked, and the list of banned and blocked websites is steadily increasing.) Sarvathi (talk) 00:33, 13 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hello.
Can you translate the article en:Architecture of Azerbaijan or id:Arsitektur Azerbaijan into Malay?
Thank you.

Translation edit

Hi Tofeiku.

Can you create id:Kategori:Sekolah musik di Azerbaijan and id:Kategori:Sekolah di Azerbaijan for articles like ms:Sekolah Tinggi Musik Asaf Zeynally in Malay Wikipedia?

If you are interested, would you like to create id:Daftar partai politik di Azerbaijan and id:Templat:Partai politik di Azerbaijan in Malay Wikipedia?

ms:Kategori:Parti politik di Azerbaijan and certain political parties already exist in Malay Wikipedia.

Yours sincerely, Sarvathi (talk) 22:27, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Name change edit

Hello Tofeiku,

Astana International Airport has been officially renamed to en:Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport.

The Malay article needs to be renamed as well.

Here is the official website of this airport which has also been renamed: http://nn-airport.kz

Q12827784 edit

Hi,

The item Q12827784 is used as a grammatical feature on musang/موسڠ (L261906). But this item has no statement, no description in any language and only one label (Mufradot) Uzbek, could you added some informations to tell what type a grammatical category this is?

Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 13:16, 8 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi @VIGNERON:! It should be singular (Q110786). It's called "mufrad" in Malay hence maybe that's why I accidentally use the wrong one. --Tofeiku (talk) 13:20, 8 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Adding Jawi to forms edit

Hi Tofeiku! If you want to add Jawi representations to forms (as you've been doing for lexeme lemmas), then this query might help you identify forms needing them:

SELECT ?lexeme ?lemma ?form ?form_ms {
  ?lexeme dct:language wd:Q9237 ; wikibase:lemma ?lemma. FILTER(LANG(?lemma) = "ms-arab")
  ?lexeme ontolex:lexicalForm ?form . ?form ontolex:representation ?form_ms. FILTER(LANG(?form_ms) = "ms")
  MINUS { ?form ontolex:representation ?formrep. FILTER(LANG(?formrep) = "ms-arab") }
}
Try it!

Hope that helps. Mahir256 (talk) 19:52, 11 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Mahir256: Thank you for helping make this query! Now need to change ms-x-Q83942 to ms-arab in each lexeme. --Tofeiku (talk) 15:07, 19 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
I started (and I believe @Nikki: finished) converting ms-x-Q83942 to ms-arab, so all you need now is to just add the remaining ms-arab representations to lemmata/forms. Mahir256 (talk) 16:21, 19 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
