Motivering/begrunnelse edit
To be used to identify water reservoirs in Norway. All reservoirs is given a number by The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) (Q3357659). Using this identifier will allow far more accurate sourcing of information about reservoirs in Norway, as opposed to the more fuzzy "Stated in NVE Atlas (Q34534179)" or similar. The NVE also manages other identifiers: NVE Drainage Basin (REGINE) ID (P4528), NVE Lake Database ID (P5079), NVE powerplant ID (P7626) and NVE River Network (ELVIS) ID (P8348).
