Our virtual branch is always open. MPL's electronic collections include downloadable audiobooks, ebooks and some video. Our online databases provide access to career and job search information, health information, consumer information, auto repair manuals, and newspaper, magazine and journal articles…

Do you have good condition books, DVDs or games that you wish to donate? MPL is accepting donations for our Big Book Sale on February 24 – 25.

All branches of Markham Public Library will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024 for the Family Day holiday. Regular hours resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

The Children’s Area at Cornell Library (including the Toy Library and Children’s Makerspace) will be closed on January 17 & 18 due to construction.

Please note that the elevator at Cornell Library is currently out of service. An elevator is available in the Community Centre to take you to the upper level.

Due to maintenance on our 3D printing equipment during the holiday season, requests for 3D printing will not be available from December 12, 2023 to January 1, 2024
