Revenant - Line Break Blotter -
Is back after his/her last block expired: 1 month (sum about 900 vandal edits in 27 projects). Since then 16 new vandals edits in 5 projects. Still deletes line breaks at the end of level headers.

- 125.236.44.46 - long history of cross-wiki vandalism, which can be seen with "Show full block log (Slow!)" checked to enable "fullblocklog=true" as in http://toolserver.org/~luxo/contributions/contributions.php?user=125.236.44.46&blocks=true&fullblocklog=true&lang=en. Blocked 19 times at English Wikipedia (the last for a year is in effect); two blocks at English Wikibooks; one block at German Wikipedia; one block at Māori Wikipedia; one block at Dutch Wikibooks; three blocks at Russian Wikibooks; and five blocks at Simple Wikipedia. — Jeff G. ツ 22:41, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
- I'm not a steward, but I would say a global block of some period of time is appropriate considering the number of vandalism edits this IP has made on various Wikipedias. For example, at simple english (where I believe I posted the VIP notice that may have led to this thread), he has over a dozen instances of inserting nonsense, obsenities and section blanks. If this was a user instead of an IP, he'd have been indeffed ages ago Purplebackpack89 01:00, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

Global lock/unlock for Latinoamericano72
Please block User:Latinoamericano72 from all wiki languages. This user has created a map of latin America which includes Quebec, for some reason, and has added it to the article on latin america on wikipedias in most languages. I've reverted all articles which were not already fixed by somebody else, but he is repeatedly adding his version of reality. Was blocked for 2 weeks now on EN WP due to edit warring, but I believe the nature of his cross-wiki activity calls for a global ban&revert. Odedee 08:52, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
