This IP address is blocked since April, 22 2013 00h27. I own this IP address on a personal server (hosted by OVH) since May 2014. I'm hosting on it my mail server and it's also my OpenVPN exit node. This IP was blocked before I started using it ( Start of block: 05:39, 31 March 2014 -- date I started using server/IP: October 2014). It was blocked as part of a blanket block on a large number of OVH's IPs. It is currently assigned to a VPS I run on OVH's network. It is used as a private web server as well as a private proxy server (using SOCKS over SSH). Only I will ever have access to it, and I treat it as my stable public IP (whenever I can I connect through it). I'm only just wanting to get started editing Wikipedia (I may have had an account a few years ago, but not that I can recall). My server does not and will not have any proxy system that cannot be used without a login (which will only ever be used by myself).
