There is evidence that this is editing from dynamic IP addresses, so locking these is a pointless exercise as there is no likelihood that they will be reissued to user. I'd really like to get this taken care of so I can go back to abiding by the rules and maintaining my productivity as a Wikipedian editor. Thank you to whoever takes the time to view this request. There is no evidence of a modification to your behaviour. Amerijuanican has been blocked on en.wiki because you returned to the disruptive editing that led to UnbiasedVictory being blocked in the first place. In any case, I see this predominantly as an en.wiki issue. That is the only place you edit and unlocking UnbiasedVictory would not allow you to return to editing there as the block would still be in place. You need to make any appeal via the correct channels at en.wiki to have the block there lifted. If that happens then I would consider unlocking the original account. I'd dispute the name is acceptable. In Germany for example under § 86 and § 86.a StGB, this can be constitutive of a felony, as well as in other countries even outside Europe such as Brazil. Is about a Serbian musician living in Los Angeles named Dalibor Banović (few results on Google). Following crosswiki contribs I found this reverted edit on Serbian WP. The same kind of edit (reverted by me) was done at enwiki (user added Dalibor Banović in a list of Serbs - please note: not existing article in any of this WP). Dear DerBorg, thanks for bringing this to attention. For the moment I see a single event. They wrote an article on sr.wiki and added links and pictures. The article was deleted and all actions reverted. Even though it is promotional, I will assume good faith and no vandal intentions. The person is now aware that their action is not wanted.
