Acadiensis: Journal of the History of the Atlantic Region has been published since 1971 by the Department of History at the University of New Brunswick in Canada. The department also supports Acadiensis Press, a small, independent operation established in 1980 that publishes anthologies and documents aimed at exploring, promoting, and developing Atlantic regional studies for both academic and general readers.
