The African Public Policy and Research Institute
The African Public Policy and Research Institute, established in 2012, focuses on new African civil military relations and how this relates to national security on the continent that has found itself, since the 1990s, propelled to democratise, replacing the one-party-State systems established in the post-colonial period.
