One of the guests in the database review had difficulties finding the hotel after arriving late at night, and we had a similar experience. However, once we found the hotel, everything else was smooth.

The room was spacious and clean, and despite being near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The bed and bedsheets were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and multilingual staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including meats, cheeses, pastries, and fresh juice. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant and bar served high-quality and tasty food. The hotel provided free public transport tickets, making it convenient to explore Geneva's city center, with the nearest tram stop just a short walk away.

Overall clean hotel in an easy location, good bed. Non-smoking units and efficient staff. Our breakfast was plentiful with a full assortment of offerings. We liked very good service.

The hotel had very spacious rooms, which was great for our group of three adults with luggage. The reception staff were friendly and professional, and allowed us to check into our rooms earlier than expected. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the shuttle service to the nearby airport was convenient and regular, making it easy for us to catch our early flight.

There were a few issues during our stay. the shower had unpredictable temperature changes and leaked onto the bathroom floor, causing inconvenience and potential safety hazards.

The room, complete with wooden floors and soundproof walls, was impeccably clean and included useful amenities such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The on-site restaurant was superb, offering a wide range of dishes to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating and provided late meal service.

The rooms at NH Geneva Airport Hotel are just so cozy with their dark hardwood floors and the comfiest 33 cm-thick mattresses. I felt right at home and had the best sleep ever.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the clean and presentable hotel. The food at the restaurant was very good, although a bit overpriced compared to similar places. There was no offer of help and we had to carry our bags up the stairs to our first-floor room ourselves. This was especially challenging as there was no lift access.
