Follow-up to T211413. HD logos should be 1.5x/2x bigger than the original version. However, this isn't true in all cases.
In T211413, tests for new logos were implemented. There is however still an ugly list of exceptions in that test. This task tracks getting rid of those exceptions:

@Urbanecm are we replacing images or simply removing them, I can do this with a script if needed.
We should recalculate the png out of the source svg. Basically the 2x image should be 2x the dimensions of the main logo, 1.5x should be likevise.
The issue is the source svg is somewhere at Commons and it's really not standardized. But if you do want to try your script out, upload a patch, I'll be happtly to review it.

HD logos are being replaced by SVGs in the latest version of Vector as part of T244486

With this in mind it may be wasted effort updating these.

I wasn't able to find a svg for zhwikinews. There is https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikinews-logo-zh-noto.svg, but that does not seem to be one currently used.
