destacado-l (es.wikipedia featured article list) last message was sent 13 years ago. Since then, it has had no activity at all. It should be archived as inactive/obsolete.

Will do that a bit later. The sad thing is that we don't have a standard way to disable a mailing list and some hacks have been made for mailman2 (which are not ported) but they are not enough.
