Rakhi Kumar will need access to Fredge in Civi. Today we find that while she can get to Fredge to pull data around fraud scores, she does not get the intended result.
We are uploading a list of merchant reference numbers to get back a list of transactions with the associated fraud scores.

The file she is loading works for me but not for her so we perceive this to be an access issue of some sort. Can someone help us troubleshoot?
