Hello, I am requesting a 100GB quota increase for the Cinder storage volume, for the cyberbot project.

This year, InternetArchiveBot has expanded to many new wikis, and each wiki has metadata the bot creates, needs, and maintains to do it's job.

After speaking with @bd808, I believe this to be a reasonable request and should keep the bot satisfied for at least a year.
