Request increased quota for wikisource Cloud VPS project

Project Name: wikisource
Type of quota increase requested: Volumes
Amount of quota increase: 30GB
Reason: The IA Upload tool keeps running out of space on the 20 GB VPS disk. We are working to improve the cleaning-up of unused files, but there's still going to be a requirement for an ongoing largish amount of storage. Currently, the /var/www/tool/jobqueue directory is about 12 GB, but keeps blowing up with large books being added. We want to be able to process these books.

So, you currently have 40GB quota for cinder volumes. You are requesting a 30GB bump, to use a total of 70GB.

+1 , that sounds reasonable to me.

The team next clinic-duty person (either @mdipietro or @Andrew) will probably bump the quota soon.
