That venv is for python3.7, but you are using python3.11.

I just undid all reviews by WizardGamer775 (currently 747 edits and 3 months old) directly in the database due to a significant number of them being inaccurate (35%) and/or not having the proper actions taken (20%). Since I have no other recourse to prevent them from reviewing, I've blocked them.

This sound like you have some outdated version of pywikibot installed or on your path.

AFAICT, nothing needs to change.

This issue should not be occurring since T333724. The functionality to auto close reports will be moved to the bot, which will update for moves.

The tool-pywikibot/pywikibot-scripts-stable image does not use any config file you have stored on disk. There is one built into the image that you cannot change, so you must use the CLI arguments to specify the site and you will always see family and mylang are not set. and Defaulting to family='wikipedia' and mylang='test'. in the logs.
