For FR-Tech / @XenoRyet : we should look probably use integrity checks/hashs for this (eg: https://content-security-policy.com/examples/pci-dss/ )

The failure to get the Thank you page is now fixed, but this wasn't blocking new MCs. The worry about that was actually "just" a data issue that should be resolved when Joseph gets online tomorrow Europe time (and he can probably backfill the data)
