DESCRIPTION
The procurement project should not always be used to request hardware/servers. If you want your specification discussion to be public (without pricing) then please file a task with the hardware-requests project. Information on how to file requests for hardware can be found here.
If you know your hardware request will require purchase, then you can file them directly into S4 and procurement via File a Procurement Request / Task.
Any requests for SSL certificates, support contracts, cross-connections (or other ordered network services) should also be filed with File a Procurement Request / Task and just remove the server/hardware specific parts.
