The Performance-Team's Radar is a place on the Performance-Team workboard for tasks not currently actionable for the team.
Column Notes:
- Perf recommendation: This column contains tasks that represent actionable recommendations for improving performance in a project, or are blocking such a task (e.g. technical debt).
- Watching: These are tasks we track for the purposes of receiving notifications about its progress and completion, e.g. to remember to perform analysis afterward, or which may in turn unblock a task elsewhere on our workboard, or may be part of a shared annual goal. External and upstream tasks are also tracked here.
- Limbo: These may be recommendations or ideas that are not yet actionable and/or for which the product owner has not yet been determined.
