I've added the bot to trusted-contributors and WMF-NDA, although on the latter I'm a little unsure if we should have bots there. Looks like there's at least one other, so I went ahead.

@jbond: This likely requires a member of the project acl*sre-team to add the bot as a member to acl*sre-team via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/members/29/ . You should be able to do this. (Phab admins cannot do this.)

Email address does not seem to be relevant per If the account creates commits, Git and Mercurial require an email address for authorship.
