Dilip Hiro is the author of more than thirty books, including After Empire, Blood of the Earth, and War Without End. He contributes regularly to The New York Times, The Guardian, The Washington Post, and The Observer, and is a commentator for CNN and the BBC. He lives in London.

A tome by the iconoclastic historian telling the story of India/Pakistani relations since before the end of British rule. Always a masterful story teller.
Very dense political history but I'm glad I read it.
