Europeana XX
Europeana XX project focuses on the 20th century and its social, political and economical changes as documented in photographs, videos, paintings and files.
The project will also deliver high-quality content to Europeana and increase the quality of existing content and metadata currently available in Europeana Collections to enhance their discoverability and reuse. Therefore the project will enable new educational narratives and resources, research and creative projects or business ideas for the Europeana markets. The project benefits from newly developed tools from previous Generic Service Projects.
This project is a Europeana Generic Service project, and it is co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility of the European Union.
