SAIGON, South Vietnam, April 1 -- At the Saigon Airport chapel this morning the South Vietnamese Foreign Minister, Tran Van Do, pinned medals of gallantry and honor on the coffins of an American woman and a Filipino serving in the Navy who were killed in the terrorist attack on the United States Embassy Tuesday.
