Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $4 million for information on Cemil Bayik. Bayik is an Executive Committee Member, senior leader, and founding member of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), also known as the Kongra-Gel. The PKK is a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).
The U.S. Department of the Treasury designated Bayik as a Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker (SDNK) pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act) on April 20, 2011.
