Library Card Online Registration

To register, complete and submit the following form. To receive your library card, please visit any of the Santa Clara Library locations during Library Hours. You will be asked to provide a government issued Photo ID. A parent or court-appointed guardian must also be present and provide his or her Photo ID for applicants 17 years and younger. The applicant must be present at the time the card is given.
