A year of healings
2020 was a difficult year, in which the world saw a long list of troubles. But how does this balance with Christ Jesus’ words, “the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17)? Surely this kingdom, this consciousness of spiritual reality, includes no sickness, sin, death, fear, sorrow, lack, or hatred.
In Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, following a reference to Jesus’ words about the kingdom of God being within us, wrote, “This spiritual consciousness is therefore
a present possibility” (p. 574).
Every glimpse we strive for and receive of God’s kingdom as being right here and now is healing. I want to share two healings I had in 2020.
