Can you believe there are only 385 days left until the 2020 election?

Tuesday night’s Democratic primary debate will bring us 12 candidates on one stage, the greatest number we’ve had to date, in what will almost certainly be a disaster to moderate. Good thing the New York Times has experience! (It’ll be the first debate the paper has hosted in more than a decade.)
