Can I change or cancel my backorder or pre-order? Print

We are able to change the shipping address for pre-orders and backorders that have not yet begun processing.

You can cancel a backorder or preorder at any time for a full refund until the order begins processing for shipment.

For pre-orders, this can be a few days before the publication date. So we may not be able to successfully cancel pre-orders right before they are released.
